In-House Testing Capabilities
Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art, computer-controlled hydraulic machines for both tension and compression testing.
Calibration capacity:
- Tension: up to 100 tonnes
- Compression: up to 300 tonnes
- Higher capacities can also be catered for using off-site test rigs.
We also have a wide range of tooling suitable for calibrating Load Pins of varying sizes, allowing us to lead the way with Load Pin calibration and re-certification.
All calibration is:
- Traceable to the National Physical Laboratory or UKAS-accredited laboratories
- Verified in accordance with the national standard ISO 7500-1:2018
Strain Gauging & Electro-Mechanical Repair
We operate a fully equipped in-house strain gauging facility, allowing our team to complete all repairs without relying on third parties.
Our Calibration Engineers are trained in Electro-Mechanical repair and can offer a professional survey and report of fault conditions of return Load Cells.
Offshore & Subsea Testing
For the offshore and subsea industries, DLM has an in-house Hydrostatic pressure test facility capable of testing Shear Pin Load Cells up to 300 bar.
